Government & Public Buildings

Ministries, agencies, and public institutions in Accra fit out offices, public halls, and service areas under public-procurement rules and full documentation. Installers Ghana is a fit-out and installation specialist — interiors, finishes, MEP, and specialist equipment installed to programme and to standard, with an auditable BoQ and a written warranty. Since 1988. Request a scope and BoQ.

Why Government Fits Out With Installers Ghana

A government fit-out carries an obligation a private one does not: every cedi is public money, and every stage has to stand up to audit. Fitting out a ministry office, a public hall, or a service counter under public-procurement rules means the cost has to be measured and auditable, the documentation complete, and the standards demonstrably met — and the building is usually occupied and serving the public while the work runs. That is a specialist fit-out discipline, not a general build.

Installers Ghana has installed and coordinated interiors, finishes, MEP, and specialist equipment to programme since 1988. We fit out public buildings on a measured Bill of Quantities that stands up to procurement scrutiny, phased around the building’s operation, and handed over to the Ghana Building Code (GS 1207:2018) with full documentation.

What Government Fit-Out Demands

Compliance and Public Procurement

A public commission is procured and audited under public-procurement frameworks that demand documentation at every stage — a measured BoQ, material and compliance records, permits, and handover documentation. We work to those obligations as standard: the cost is on a quantity-surveyed BoQ, not a guessed rate, so the award and the spend are both auditable.

Phased Around a Building That Serves the Public

Most public buildings stay open and serving citizens while we fit out. We plan the installation against the building’s operation from the survey onward — phasing and sequencing the work, working out of hours where the use demands it, and protecting the occupied and public-facing areas so service continues alongside the fit-out.

Standards Demonstrably Met

A public building has to be safe and compliant, and be shown to be. We install to Ghana’s building regulations (L.I. 1630) and the Ghana Building Code (GS 1207:2018), with registered engineering and quantity-surveying input and EPA permitting where the work requires it — and we hand over the documentation that proves it.

Our Government Fit-Out Scope

Credentialed & Accountable

Scope & BoQ

There is no honest per-square-metre rate for a government fit-out — the cost depends entirely on the scope and finish level, and a service counter, a public hall, and a ministerial office are not the same number. The real cost comes from a Bill of Quantities measured against your scope, prepared by a quantity surveyor, so the procuring entity commits on an auditable, measured cost and a real programme — not a guess that moves once work starts. Request a scope and BoQ: +233 23 063 0032.

Government Across Ghana

We fit out ministries, agencies, and public institutions across Tema, Airport City, Cantonments, and Greater Accra — plus Kumasi and Takoradi. Wherever the building is, the discipline is the same: scope it, price it on an auditable BoQ, and hand it over working with the documentation.
