A government fit-out carries an obligation a private one does not: every cedi is public money, and every stage has to stand up to audit. Phased Around a Building That Serves the Public
Most public buildings stay open and serving citizens while we fit out. We plan the installation against the building’s operation from the survey onward — phasing and sequencing the work, working out of hours where the use demands it, and protecting the occupied and public-facing areas so service continues alongside the fit-out.

A public building has to be safe and compliant, and be shown to be. We install to Ghana’s building regulations (L.I. 1630) and the Ghana Building Code (GS 1207:2018), with registered engineering and quantity-surveying input and EPA permitting where the work requires it — and we hand over the documentation that proves it.
